Jocelyn Woolbright

Program Manager, Public Policy

Jocelyn Woolbright is a Program Manager on the Public Policy Team at Cloudflare. She manages many of the company’s Social Good Programs supporting human rights organizations and journalism groups through Project Galileo and state and local governments under the Athenian Project. In the election space, she works closely with state and local governments to provide Cloudflare services for free to increase their cybersecurity capabilities against malicious attacks, primarily distributed denial of services attacks (DDoS). Prior to joining Cloudflare, she worked in Mozambique for a public health non-profit that provided research support to Emergency Medicine doctors in the largest public hospital in Maputo. In the cybersecurity space, she interned with New America’s Cybersecurity Initiative and co-authored a policy paper on global swing states in the internet governance debate. Woolbright graduated with her bachelor’s degree from Florida International University in international relations, national security studies, and Portuguese.

Time

“Time” defines the approximate time it will take to implement the tool, including installation and setup. Based on your system and experience, the time may be longer or shorter than the time estimated.

Tool Levels

Level 1

Requires minimal technical knowledge to complete setup. Users with little-to-no familiarity with computer systems will still easily be able to implement Level 1 tools.

Level 2

Requires basic technical understanding of operating systems and settings controls. Users with a basic understanding will be able to easily implement Level 2 tools.

Level 3

Requires an intermediate level of understanding to implement. Users will need an intermediate understanding of computer systems and code languages.

Level 4

Requires advanced levels of understanding of computer systems, settings and code languages. Users will need experience with advanced system configurations.
